Cerulean City is a city that borders on the top coast of Kanto, beneath a penninsula. In this city, there are few noteworthy areas, but it does give access to the special Cerulean Cave after obtaining all the badges.

Route 24 Route 24 is a route connecting Route 25 and Cerulean City. This route is largely focused upon the golden bridge, known as "Nugget Bridge", but has a path on the east only accessible from Route 25 and is travellable on the river, also from Route 25. It has a small patch of grass just near the north part of the route.

Route 25 Route 25 is the northernmost route of Kanto. This route contains a mini-maze, made out of trees in which trainers will battle you as part of a challenge. It has a small patch of grass up on a ledge which is only accessible through this maze. At the end of the route is Bill's Sea Cottage, has a cape at the end where characters come to view the sea.

Cerulean Cave Cerulean Cave is a cave in Cerulean City that is only accessible if you have all 8 badges. It has a crystalline look about it and has numerous floors and can act as a maze. There are no trainers within the cave, but the legendary Pokémon, Mewtwo, dwells within.
