If you are going to make an challenges, use this forum:

Size:
Deadline:

You can add more detail if you like.

You're challenges can be oh any kind of graphic, like Icons, Banners, brends, etc.
Just post what theme you wish. You can use photoshoots or ppl for your themes.

Here's a few hints for themes:
A person or Character. Anime/Manga or Game. Photoshoot site or a group of stock. etc.
