  The Salem Witch Trials of 1692 saw the old world changed. The Zeal of puritanism burned to the ground before any of the ‘witches’ did-even if they did hang-all 19 of them- at Proctor’s Ledge.
  
  Now the world has turned on its axis into a new autumn in 2022. There now in Salem the existence of the supernatural is lore, legend, or past prejudices long put to rest. Stories we told our children to keep them safe from the devil; they pack your groceries, you smile at them across the road in a friendly manner, and your neighbour’s extraordinary green thumb? Well they got that from their grandmother.
  
  And the Oldest Ones of All are coming hungry to the table.
